Decades of pages

From love letters to quick lists, I have always obsessed over handwriting. My mother’s was the first beautiful script I saw and I started copying it shortly after she passed away. I never mastered her calligraphic style or captured the curve of her letters exactly, but from this I found my own form. I’ve been filling stupidly large journals ever since.

My love for written language led to my academic path of journalism, which gave my words structure and purpose. Many of the stories I wrote for newspapers can be found on this blog. Though recent posts are still non-fiction, they are of a more personal quality that I hope you enjoy.

Thanks for reading.
